Clever, charismatic and creative to the core, Palwasha Yousuf is constantly buzzing with new ideas to elevate hair artistry, experimenting with trendy styles to stay ahead of the rapidly-evolving fashion industry and harnessing the power of all-natural ingredients to create unique beauty products. Her journey, mission and mindset, driven by an unmitigated drive and zest for life, are truly awe-inspiring.
After training at L’Oreal Academy and Pivot Point, attending workshops with renown L’Oreal ambassadors including Chase Meakin and Tarek Rizk, and working as a freelance stylist with Meher Najeeb, she launched her eponymous salon, Palwasha Yousuf Hair Bar in 2019. In the inexorable pursuit of self-mastery, to this day, she continues to better her craft by attending global hair artistry programs offered by international industry leaders.

An advocate of the philosophy of self-love, Palwasha believes that while helping people look beautiful is great, making them believe they are beautiful is powerful and life-changing. It is part of the PYHB mission to celebrate the sheer magnificence of the individuality, beauty and power of its clients. This is why she does what she does- create beauty, give joy and inspire people to appear as the best versions of themselves, everyday.
Being quintessential to Palwasha's ideology, the concept of self-love and care is also reflected in the inception of her product line which launched in June 2021, following the same core values and philosophy as Hair Bar. Wanting to bring forth premium quality, ethically sourced, natural products for her customers, she has worked tirelessly to provide unique and effective formulas addressing the hair and beauty concerns on the minds of the youth today. In the midst of balancing her successful salon business, launching an expanding hair, skin and lifestyle product line, maintaining an ever-growing social media presence, Palwasha often finds herself styling complete looks for celebrity talent in TV Campaigns, photoshoots and even a film. A dedicated stylist with a keen eye for fashion, putting chic and trendy looks together is second nature to this perfectionist. Therefore it was no surprise when she exuberantly took on the daunting task of styling the cast of upcoming film, Chalay Thay Saath, directed by Umer Adil, featuring Syra Yousuf, Kent S. Leung, Mansha Pasha, Osama Tahir and Zhalay Sarhadi successfully designing looks for each star.
